Deferred Payment Scheme

You can order your Hip today, with no upfront cost through our deferred payment scheme.  Our deferred scheme is very simple there is no cost for nine months or when you sell your house or take it from the market, whichever is sooner. Our deferred scheme carries an additional £80 charge.

The deferred payment is very simple once you place your order we will give you a call within an hour (normal office hours apply, outside these we will contact you as soon as possible) to arrange all the paper work, which normally takes around 5 minutes to complete.

To set up the deferred funding arrangement all we need are your Direct Debit details and card details.

We may record phone calls for monitoring and or training purposes, we may also carry out a personal credit search.
Our deferred payment scheme is operated by Close Payment Services Ltd.
