Hips 'need Home Condition Reports' Says AHIP

Home Information Packs Hips should contain home condition reports, according to the Association of Home Information Pack Providers Ahipp.
Director general of Ahipp Mike Ockendon explained that a report detailing the physical condition of the house should become a mandatory element of Hips.

Mr Ockendon explained: "If we're going to further benefit consumers in the buying and selling process the home condition report has to be included in the pack as a mandatory document, and therefore we are lobbying government to that extent."
